The White Kadota Fig is one of the worlds most commercially grown figs, used in the famous Fig Newton cookies. The Kadota is a medium sized lemon yellow fig with amber flesh and very few seeds. It is extremely sweet, and is excellent for eating fresh, canning, or drying.
