The Lombardy Poplar is a fast growing, columnar shaped tree, able to reach heights of 40 to 70 feet tall, with a spread of 10 to 20 feet. It is best known as a windbreak tree, which features bright green leaves that turn into a beautiful golden-yellow color in the Fall. Lombardy Poplar can handle cold and dry interior climates well. |
