The Meyer lemon flesh is a light orange-yellow color. The juice of the Meyer lemon is sweeter than most lemons. The University of California developed the Improved Meyer Lemon as a virus-free tree. On a healthy lemon tree, flowers and ripe fruits can often be found at the same time. Willis Orchard Company sells only the highest quality lemon trees.
